A New Chapter Begins

Today marks my final day as Technical Manager at Orchid Orthopedics in Sheffield. Overall, it has been a positive experience working for the company. In the world of subcontract manufacturing, we are driven by the evolving needs of our customers, constantly adapting to meet new challenges. Throughout it all, the team at Orchid has remained passionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering exceptional-quality products. 

So why move on? There comes a point in any career when growth becomes limited, and the role—while still valuable—starts to feel routine. I realised that I still have so much more to offer, and I want to channel my expertise into something even more impactful. 

With that in mind, I am excited to introduce Arnott Engineering Solutions, my consultancy business. As Founder and Director, I will be using my experience to help medical device manufacturing companies overcome challenges, drive innovation, and achieve excellence.
